This was the first client project after launching my studio, Hoechitecture. At the time, I wasn’t sure if work would come — but this proved there was a real desire for something hands-on, unconventional, and expressive.
Working under tight deadlines, I called on my online community and pulled together a team of artists and friends who helped bring the vision to life.
The abstract forms were loosely inspired by the mermaid lagoon scene in Peter Pan. Foam allowed us to carve, sculpt, and adapt freely — welcoming builders from all backgrounds into the process.
