Starting Hoechitecture as an online platform was one thing. But as we kept speaking about building spaces, it became clear: we needed to show up in real life.
Our first physical installation was a collaboration with Cami Arboles’ Mind Body Spirit Collective, where we transformed our booth into a pop-up “strip” club — not as spectacle, but as reclamation.
The space was designed using raw, industrial materials like foam and aluminum, reimagined into a jewel box-like room that centered the dancers.
Placed in an environment traditionally dominated by musicians and streetwear brands — often drawing from club culture through a male gaze — we aimed to take back the narrative. We weren’t just referencing the space. We were reshaping it.
