Achitectural Renovation by Jobe Burns / Orbe
Photography by Felix SpellerFor this quietly transformative renovation of an 18th-century farmhouse in the British countryside, we worked as the interior stylist alongside British sculptor and designer Jobe Burns — who led the architectural renovation and design of the home — to help bring a sense of intimacy, texture, and emotional presence to the space.
The vision was to create something deeply handcrafted — a layered space that felt both contemporary and poetic, balancing high-end vintage pieces with locally sourced finds.
Every element was chosen to feel personal, lived-in, and intentional: sculptural accents softened the historic architecture, while rich, artistic palettes and tactile textures allowed the home to feel naturally settled within its surroundings. From custom finishes to the smallest details, we worked to shape a home that felt as though it had always belonged.
